Volar Avionics is a Garmin Authorized Dealer and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 145 Certified Repair Station at Lebanon Municipal Airport (M54) in Lebanon, Tennessee. We've partnered with Aero Special Interiors, a Call-Sign Aviation company, to offer Cirrus SR owners a complete aircraft refresh — new Perspective+ flight deck, new interior, one shop visit.​​​​​

The Avionics: Cirrus Perspective+

  • The Perspective+ flight deck brings your G3 or G5 panel to current-generation capability.

  • New displays use your existing panel footprint and harness connections — minimal downtime, clean installation.

  • Every upgrade includes a QWERTY keypad controller for faster flight plan and frequency entry; faster multi-core processors with brighter LED-backlit displays; an updated autopilot controller with optional automatic yaw damper; 3D Exocentric SafeTaxi and Taxiway Routing for ground navigation; Runway Occupancy Awareness (ROA) for runway incursion alerting; stabilized approach advisories; and on-screen sectional and Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) enroute charts.

Two Ways to Upgrade

  • Standard Perspective+ New displays, keypad, autopilot controller, and all software features listed above. The straightforward path to a current-generation flight deck.

  • Connected Upgrade Everything in the standard package, plus GDL 60 Datalink with PlaneSync wireless database updates and Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) connectivity; GI 275 solid-state standby instrument; GTX 345R transponder (required for ROA); and GSB 15 USB cabin charging. Configured based on your aircraft's existing equipment.

The Interior: Aero Special Interiors

  • While your avionics are being installed, Aero Special Interiors refreshes your cabin — seats, sidewalls, carpet, and headliner — to your specification, on the same schedule.

  • The SR Inside Out bundle — Perspective+ avionics plus interior refresh — starts at $50,000 with new interior!!!

Eligibility

  • Available for Cirrus SR20, SR22, and SR22T G3 and G5 aircraft equipped with the original Cirrus Perspective system and the GFC 700 autopilot. Aircraft with S-TEC 55x autopilot installations are not eligible under the current Supplemental Type Certificate (STC).

  • Typical turnaround: 7–10 days with full interior!!
